Amy Cyphert

A Morgantown native, Amy is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, a 2000 Truman Scholar, and a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.

Prior to coming to WVU, Amy served as a law clerk to a federal judge in Manhattan and also worked as an attorney there for several years. Amy teaches several courses to both undergraduates and law students, including Philosophy of Law and Appellate Advocacy.

She truly enjoys meeting and working with students, so make an appointment to talk about scholarships or law school or just to ooh and ahh at pictures of her three adorable children.
